South Wing Only Rental for 50 people or less

The South Wing is separated from the rest of the estate and has a more industrial vibe. It includes a lobby space, prep room, two restrooms and a large room with a stage. We rent the South Wing for smaller weddings Sunday - Thursday for available 2025-2026 dates. The information below is for a guest count of 50 people or less.

 Pricing is for rental of the South Wing only for available 2025-2026 dates Monday - Thursday. Max capacity for this package is 50 people.

Day of event insurance is also required.
Pricing excludes holiday dates.

 

 FAQs

  • There are not getting ready suites included in this package.

  • You are able to use any caterer you would like, but they need to have a Board of Health Certificate. All food must arrive with the caterer be already cooked.

  • All alcohol will be provided by the Lizton Lodge as the sole alcohol provider.

    This enables us to provide peace of mind to our brides and clients, longer availability during reception and the day of wedding and allows us to provide a more extensive selection of drinks!

  • We do not have linens, so we recommend getting them through a rental company or your caterer.
