This room features all white shiplap style walls and unique chandlers. The cloud-like light in the center of the room can change colors and go along to the beat of the music. The room also has a projector and screen that comes down for any photo of video needs.

The Ballroom has native Indiana hardwood covering every inch of the walls and ceiling with 18 windows looking into the woods and cocktail court. This room also has a basketball goal in the back of the room which can be covered if needed.

The South Wing is the only building that is not connected to the rest of the estate and is industrial in style. The South Wing includes a lobby space, prep room and large room with a stage.

One of the appeals of our venue is the common areas that connect the various rooms. The moment you enter the home you start to appreciate the woodwork and unique features. Upon arrival you pass the grand piano in the entry parlor. The entry leads to a sitting area with fireplace that is open to the main kitchen/bar area where guests can mingle.

Our bridal suite is one of the premier suites in the state. The suite includes a total of six private rooms reserved exclusively for the bridal party - and four of the six rooms have a fireplace. These rooms include a library area, a room that gives access to the White Hall for a grand stair entrance if desired, two full bathrooms including natural light and makeup vanity, closet space with hooks for dresses, large lounge space with multiple seating areas, and balcony access overlooking the pond.

The library is a part of the bridal suite, but this space can be accessed by guests if the client desires. All of the books are hidden on the inside of the unique wood structure in the center of the room.

No matter what event is planned at the Lizton Lodge, there will be a period when guests are arriving, there will be times between activities, and a time when guests want to linger. The Billiards is one of many places in the Lodge that is perfect for people to gather and create memories. Some guests may simply mingle over hors d’oeuvres and a drink while others hang by the bar, play a game of pool or enjoy conversations in a cozy pocket of the room. 

The groom’s suite includes access to the Billiards Room along with a large getting ready space with full bathroom upstairs. The groom’s suite includes many entertainment options including a pool table, bar area, gaming theater, ping pong and several TVs. The upstairs getting ready suite contains several seating areas and two large windows - one overlooking the canopy light courtyard and one overlooking the woods.

The Gaming Theater is attached to the Billiard’s Room and is a great place to hang out and play video games or watch a show or movie.

Guests can wander up the stairs to the suspended catwalk that overlooks the kitchen and dining room. The unique feel of a turn of the century lodge is just one of the features that make events at the Lizton Lodge special.

The Theater was the original garage of the home. Now its a great spot to kick back, cozy up and watch a movie. The room includes seating for 12.

The Boardroom is an intimate space that features a  conference table that can seat 12. Video capabilities with access to high speed internet make it a perfect environment for strategic presentations or board meetings.
