South Wing only rental for 100 people or less 

The South Wing is separated from the rest of the estate and has a more industrial vibe. It includes a lobby space, prep room, two restrooms and a large room with a stage. We rent the South Wing for smaller weddings (100 people or less) Sunday - Thursday for available dates in the current year.

Pricing is for rental of the South Wing only for available 2025-2026 dates Monday - Thursday. Max capacity for this package is 100 people.

Day of event insurance is also required.
Pricing excludes holiday dates.

 

 

South Wing Wedding Layouts

  • Ceremony

    Outdoor ceremony options include the open field, sunset hill and paved area in front of the South Wing. We can host ceremonies inside the South Wing as well, but guests will be seated at their reception tables as a room flip is not included in this package.

  • Reception

    The reception will occur in the South Wing and buffet tables will be set up in the lobby area. A our portable bar can be used if desired. There is a paved area right in front of the building that is a great spot for outdoor games.

 FAQs

  • There are not getting ready suites included in this package.

  • You are able to use any caterer you would like, but they need to have a Board of Health Certificate. All food must arrive with the caterer be already cooked.

  • All alcohol will be provided by the Lizton Lodge as the sole alcohol provider.

    This enables us to provide peace of mind to our brides and clients, longer availability during reception and the day of wedding and allows us to provide a more extensive selection of drinks.

  • We do not have linens, so we recommend getting them through a rental company or your caterer.
