Exclusive access to the entire estate for 10 hours from noon to 10pm on wedding day plus after the music stops, one additional hour of removing personal hour.

Buying Extra Hours
Additional morning hours on your wedding day are $250 an hour
Additional evening hour from 10pm-11pm on your wedding day is $500 for the hour

Our ideal guest count is 175 or less, but we can host up to 200. A larger guest count can be achieved by placing guest tables in the Cocktail Court or Ballroom, or renting a tent for the open field.

In order to provide the best experience for our couples, we only host one event at a time within the estate!

When you book with us for your wedding, you have access to our entire 22,000 sqft estate and all indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception options.

You are welcome to choose any caterer you’d like, but they must have a Board of Health Certificate. The food must arrive with the caterer and already be cooked.

All alcohol will be provided by the Lizton Lodge as the sole alcohol provider.
This enables us to provide peace of mind to our brides and clients, longer availability during reception and the day of wedding and allows us to provide a more extensive selection of drinks.

This package is for rental of the South Wing Only and is for events with 100 people or less. This package is only available for Sundays - Thursdays in the current year.
